The wine

The nose blends candied citrus, quince, honey, and dried flowers. The palate is full and silky, supported by a lively acidity that balances the sweetness. The finish, long and persistent, reveals candied fruits, sweet spices, and saline minerality, a sign of a perfectly ripe and noble Riesling.
