    Description

    The domain

Deiss, a major figure in Alsace, values terroir and varietal expression through biodynamic viticulture and precise ageing. The wines reflect purity, balance, and ageing potential, with great aromatic finesse.

    The wine

The nose unfolds candied citrus, apricot, white flowers, and sweet spices. The palate is full and silky, supported by a vivifying acidity that balances the concentration. The finish, long and persistent, reveals notes of honey, candied fruits, and a subtle minerality, noble and refined.
