The Petite Epicerie de la Tour was open in November 2020, and it is now the meeting point of every gourmet for daily essentials, from wine to bulk fine food. This offer is also online, illustrating the eternal quest for innovation of the Tour d’Argent. Our Chef Yannick Franques has been very inspired by this challenge and proposes a brand new range of products cooked in the kitchen of our restaurant:
foie gras, vegetable spreads or salts & sauces to accompany our mythical Challans duck of the House Burgaud. A range of local milk products, exceptional cheeses and a wide variety of fine food products are carefully chosen.
